Q: What time will my order be delivered?
A: All deliveries will be made between 7:00 AM – 5 PM on your scheduled delivery day, except on Saturdays 7:00 am- 2pm .

Q: Which days and locations do you deliver to?
A: Our delivery schedule is as follows:

• Thursdays: Oviedo, Winter Park, Kissimmee, & Saint Cloud

• Fridays: Clermont & Greater Orlando Area

• Saturdays: Davenport, Gotha, Winter Garden, & Windermere

 

Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. 

Q: Do you offer shipping for all your baked goods?
A: At this time, we only offer Mallorcas for shipping due to the perishable nature of our other baked goods.

Q: When will my Mallorca order be shipped?
A: All Mallorca orders are shipped on Monday mornings to ensure maximum freshness.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we strive to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible.

Q: Can I return or get a refund for my order?
A: All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

Q: What happens if I place my order late?
A: All orders must be placed by Monday at 5:00 PM to be fulfilled for the current week. Orders placed after this deadline will be scheduled for the following week.
